I used it when I got pregnant with my son 6 years ago. We had TTC for almost a year, so we figured why not try. I got pregnant after using it a couple months and found out I was pregnant just 2 weeks before I was supposed to go to the doctor for fertility testing. We just started TTC again and preseed was one of the first things I bought (along with OPKs).

I wouldn’t buy it for that high. I’ve never seen it for higher than $25. 
 Preseed does not get you pregnant BUT it can help if: 
1. You don’t produce enough cervical mucus. 
2. Your cervical mucus is not conducive to sperm motility and survival.
3. Your partners sperm has low motility. 
If your CM and his sperm is top notch but there is something else health wise keeping you from conceiving then no it’s not worth it. If you’re not tracking your cycle or know when you ovulate I wouldn’t bother. Finding out when you actually are ovulating should be priority. Otherwise If you just need a little extra help and don’t mind the price tag then try it. At the end of the day it is just a fertility friend lube.

I think it's just a TTC friendly lube. It's not fertility boosting or anything. It can't hurt but I struggled with the same question...and in the end I was too cheap to buy it.

I've used it for a few cycles I'm still ttc. On month 7...i think it's worth trying! But try Amazon. It's cheaper
