Am I Pregnant

My period is 4 days late, usually always on time, last night I had mild cramp in lower area came and went and never have cramping when have period. Could I be pregnant? If not pregnant what else could it be. Still no period, cramping only happened last night went to bed and was gone hasn't happened again,
