Ovulation???

I was diagnosed with pcos about a month ago or two. My symptoms were irregular periods and pelvic pain. I never noticed CM or any signs of ovulation. By the end of February I was put on birth control . I was supposed to take it for a month but I stopped after a week due to swelling on my feet with rash. Three days later I got my period like normal that lasted 7 days like normal. Feb20-26. Now on march 4 I started getting CM, left pelvic pain (kinda sharp and crampy), a spot of bleeding that lasted less than an hour, lower back pain and tender boobs and an increased sex drive. These symptoms lasted from March 4-9. Was this ovulation symptoms or symptoms from enlarged ovaries and cysts due to pcos? Ill post a photo of the CM on march 4.
