PLEASE REPLY I NEED HELP

I keep getting mild cramps in my lower abdomen it feels like I need to go number 2 ( sorry tmi) but there is no sign of AF at all I bled a few days ago but very light pinkish only when I wiped and only lasted a day, these cramps keep coming and going not so often but a few times a day , could this be early pregnancy??
