Deli meat and subs

I'm craving a publix ultimate sub soooo badly! I've been hearing 50/50 on weather or not it's ok to eat publix deli meat in a sub. I forgot to ask my doctor but my apt isn't until next week and I'm craving soooo badly.is it ok to eat it?
