Testing after BFP but before OB

You can drive yourself crazy testing when TTC... I think we can all agree there... But can someone tell me where to draw the line...? 
I tested positive the day I expected my period... And the day after that... And the day after that... All on Clearblue Digital with Weeks Estimator.
Today I tested after eating and drinking all day with Clearblue Digital and it said Not Pregnant... Then again with a Dollar Store test and it had a faint positive...
Anyway, my point is, I don't see my OB till I'm 9 weeks... Which is four weeks from now... AF has not arrived and I have tons of pregnancy symptoms and many positive tests... At what point do I STOP TESTING. It may make me go crazy... And definitely put a dent in my bank account.
