That depends on how much of a sin your religion considers masturbation... So virginity is defined a couple of ways. Most people think of "physical virginity" as your hymen, which will often tear the first time you have intercourse with a man. However, it can also tear if you have a bike accident, or sometimes from horseback riding or something similar, but those things are NOT sex. Heteronormative society defines losing virginity as the first time a man puts his penis into a vagina, but of course not everyone is heterosexual or considers themselves on the gender binary (meaning either male or female) and so virginity as a social construct (because it is) can really be defined as "first time being physically intimate with another person, in which one or more parties reaches orgasm." Keep in mind though, however you define it, your virginity does not define YOU. You are a worthwhile, valuable person, regardless of what you do (or don't) with your body. tl;dr: No, you can't take your own virginity.
