Hair loss 😭😭😭

I started noticing that my hair was falling out a couple of weeks ago? I run my hands through my hair a couple times normally and normally end up with piles of hair like this....(see pics)....I’m getting really really worried now! I brush my hair every day, and obviously there is natural hair loss, but I’m also getting this now too!? There’s like 60 hairs there! I don’t know what’s causing it!
