Implantation bleeding?

Idk just a thought... I'm thinking I got my AF today but not im not sure... so this is day 28 the day I would normally get my AF... but normally on my first day I bleed very heavily especially by the end of y he day... I started this morning and haven't even filled up 1 tampon (used 2 didn't fill up either)... before I started bleeding I was having weird symptoms that aren't my usual pms symptoms.... my boobs generally are very tender and hurt a lot before my period and during... they haven't hurt at all... also I have even having heart burn and very bloated... also a pressure on my left side that feels like my ovary coming and going? Idk I'm going to wait it out and see...
