Boyfriends second baby

It’s my boyfriends second time having a child but it will be my first. I feel like he really doesn’t care he keeps saying stuff like its not my first time I don’t know why I have to do all this when it comes to him going to classes and what not. He’s also seeming more distant than ever but whenever I ask if he’s excited he says yes but he still hasn’t told his side of his family about me carrying his child. I’m just lost at what to do because before all this he was amazing and now I’m worried about everything.
