BFP and lied about it" /> When we started to TTC, my husband and I agreed we wouldn't tell anyone besides me talking to my older sister since she gives me tons of advice. Well he ended up telling his parents and his sister so it just became known to all his family in the end and only two of my sisters. It wasn't what I wanted but I couldn't change it so I accepted it. Well after it got told to everyone I made him promise me when we got our BFP that we wouldn't tell people especially parents! We agreed on the same people which were my older sister, possibly younger sister, my brother in law and his wife. That was it. Parents the absolute biggest no no. We are due to make our announcement Tuesday when I get our pictures back from the photographer and I just found out that my FIL has known for almost three weeks now! Which also means his step mom knows. My husband has been lying to me. I immediately started crying which I'm sure is partly hormones but I feel crushed. It was all so important to me and we also said my dad would know first since he found out via facebook (husband co worker posted it) while his dad found out from phone call from us with our daughter. It hurt my dads feelings really bad to have found out after everyone and I understood why and it wasn't suppose to happen. I just had this plan and it was all so important to me.
My husband said he needed someone to talk to since he was nervous due to our miscarriage before this. I get that but he could have chosen anyone besides a parent! Why agree to this whole thing, follow through with all the steps only for it to be a lie??
