Are nose studs unprofessional?

I’m about to graduate college and want a small diamond stud in my nose. Would this impact the hiring process in upper level jobs? Is the negative connotation still there? Or are these piercings more acceptable now?

I feel like it depends on the company and profession. I honestly don’t see why they’d be bothered by a clear stud or how they’d even notice one for that matter.

I would do it. You can always put in a clear stud while going through an interview or if the job would prefer it to be unseen. I had to do that for one job before.

I don’t think so, I work in a very profession law firm, I’m a legal assistant/paralegal and I have my lip pierced. Ive never had a problem with it from my boss, co-workers, or clients.

I always wear a clear nose ring to interviews. After I put it in after a few months or I notice someone else wearing theirs. No issues. Body piercings and tattoos don’t make someone unable to properly do their job. It’s a form of expression to me.

With the amount of people iv been around for monthssss and they just suddenly notice my MONROE... i gotta say i don’t even think people notice nose piercings anymore 😂

Personally  I don't have any problems with it, I would hire someone with a piercing or tats  but for others  piercing and tatoo  or even dye hair = problematic,  unprofessional
