Apple Cider Vinegar
I have some questions!
I'm about to start the apple cider vinegar drink. I want to drink it in the morning and before bed, I wasn't sure how to make the drink. I know it's the apple cider, lemon juice and water, just don't know how much of each. And I also drink coffee in the mornings so not sure if those two drinks would collide. My questions are:
Can I drink it twice a day?
What amount of each (lemon juice, water and vinegar) is good?
Can I drink it before my coffee?
Side note: I eat healthy, run and workout so I'm just using the apple cider vinegar as a better push with my weightloss.
