Nipples constantly hard and hurting

So for about a week now my nipples have been constantly hard, the boobs don't hurt just the nipples really bad, just to the touch. I've tooken pregnancy test an they're negative. My period was about 2 weeks ago and there very irregular like every 2-3 months. I've NEVER had this before! I want you guys input please!!
