HSG messed up periods.

Hi ladies. Just wondering if anyone has had a HSG and has it messed with you period? so I had my HSG on 2nd March was fine didn't hurt but the same evening I had very bad cramps no spotting. then on 7th and 8th me and my husband had sexy time. Then on the 9th I started very light spotting blood same on 10th. then since the 11th I'm bleeding like a full on period but I'm not due on until 14th and I run like clock work. Has anyone else had this xx
