Nausea and working full time
I am 6 weeks and 2 days today. My nausea has been non stop for the last 5-6days and it's so hard to show up at work, pretend everything is ok when I am not well. How are you ladies deal with work and all day sickness? Should I tell my manager about the pregnancy?
