What foods should I start with when its time?
Girls, help me out plz... When it's time to start foods on my baby as he is just 4 1/2months within days but when it's time to start solids what do I start with? My peds said cereal isn't needed but I'm finding this really hard to understand why it's not needed, she explained it's basically empty calories 🤔🤔🤔okay then there's the question what comes first veggies or fruits???? I know start a solid for at least three days before introducing something else, but here's my issue I don't know what to begin with. Avacado maybe? Carrots? Or a fruit? If I do decide cereal what have you ladies started with rice, oatmeal? I'm worried about constipation as my baby is on nutragimen formula. Ughhhh soooo many options. Can you tell me your routine with your lil angel. Nervousssss mommy here😂😂😂😂
