Braxton hicks contractions at night?

Does anyone get bh in the middle of the night. I've had 3 in last hour that woke me up.

I get them too with heartburn at the same time, I usually take some tums and get up to use the potty and come back and they stop at least for a couple hours. I have heard that having the fluid sitting in your bladder can make them worse.

They come whenever they feel like it! Try drinking some tea and relaxing before bed :-) Your body is just practicing for the big day!

The rule of thumb when you get them is to drink water and change your position.  If sitting, if standing sit. Good luck!

I have been getting them before falling asleep, but they aren't bad!
