I agree that it looks like a dye run. There isn't an actual line, just dye all over the screen. Once you take the strip out of the casing the test becomes invalid. All I can see in those pictures is the indent line where the dye would fill if positive. No color. Test again in a couple days and don't take it apart. Good luck!
