Is this enough?

Sammie

I just rescued a male husky mix awhile back.

He's really sweet and a great addition to my little family (myself, my husband, our two year old son, and our daughter making her appearance about mid June). However, I've never owned a husky, even mix, before. I understand they are very energetic and need a ton of exercise, but am unsure how much I should be feeding him.

I've been doing one full cup this size (I'd say about 16-20 ozs) in the morning. By night it's usually finished (I don't plan on giving him "constant" access like this forever, but as I'm sure you can tell from his picture he's still underweight). Is this enough for him? Too much? I'm really not sure what he's mixed with or how old he is (less than six months). Also what can I do to help him sleep? I let him out all the time to attempt to avoid accidents, but he still wakes up between five and six usually. My two year old doesn't wake up til 8-9, and the puppy doesn't like laying back down after going potty. So I'm a lot exhausted right now lol.

Thanks!
