TMI PHOTO WHAT IS THIS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

So on Sunday I woke up and had this thing, I thought it was a pimple and looked like one so I let it slide and then on Monday it started to throb into today. It's a bump now on my butt cheek and is throbbing nonstop and it hurts to sit on it. The black is just fuzz because I just took a bandaid off after having Neosporin on it all day but I tried to pop it and nothing is coming out. Does anyone know what this is?!?!?! I'm also 18+4 weeks pregnant.
