Car seats!?

I'm 28 weeks pregnant with my second child. My son is 4&1/2 so I have nothing from when he was a baby. I'm looking for an infant car seat (one that I can also carry her in) but I want a safe brand. My son had a graco car seat/stroller set. I still have the stroller so in order for a car seat to fit in the stroller I would need a graco car seat, however it's almost cheaper to buy a stroller/car seat set instead of just car seat. So....what car seat do you use? Why do you like it? & what would you rate it on scale 1 (being least) -5 (being most)
