Starting injectibles. Help!!

Any advice on getting through the injectibles? I have a hard time with needles and I’m so worried I’m going to do something wrong with the follistim. Using the pen makes me nervous! I also only have 8 needles but I’m supposed to take follistim for 10 days so I don’t know why the kit didn’t come with enough. I’m just super anxious for this process!!
