I think I'm going crazy

After my period last month the last day me and my husband had sex. Up til ovulation. And here on out. I been having some funny feeling in my uterus and watery cm. To creamy. Also my nipples never hurt to the touch before. I had threw up last night and I'm feeling nauseous this morning. I haven't threw up since I was pregnant with my son and that was five years ago.
