Does anyone have an answer?

I cannot use the bathroom in so constipated. I have tried enimas and certain foods that are supposed to help you go,  but nothing is working! I have terrible cramps like the ones you get when you need to go really bad. What should I do?

My doctor had me drink milk of magnesium and lay down on my left side because it helps digestion. I hadnt gone in a week and that cleared it up within 2 hours. I was also told to start taking a stool softener every day. Good luck. I know how much it sucks.

I use miralax and it seems to always work. Ask your doctor if you can do a cleansing. They will tell you how much miralax to take and it will clean you out!!

After I used an enima within 2 hours I could go but had terrible cramps the whole time. And my back ached and it felt like I had something stuck in my throat, I think maybe I had an allergic  reaction to the enima.

I heard pineapple juice (real juice, not from concentrate) after each meal aids in digestion. Also when I drink apple juice, it always helps with that.

Have you tried papaya? Try that and exercise. Sometimes when we don't move a lot we get backed up

Lots of water, colace, coffee, fruits etc

Try coffee, it always helps me. If it doesn't though go to the doctors!
