Child support

The father of my daughter has said that now at 5 weeks old she isn't his "issue" anymore and he and his family don't want anything to do with her anymore. I'm 17 and he's 19. I don't have a way to get in touch with his parents but I'm wondering how and who I can call to get him to forcefully take a paternity test since he isn't willing too so I can get child support. I live in Florida. Does anyone know who I call?
