When is full term?

I'm 37 weeks today and I've always heard 37 weeks is full term but I'm just curious what other people think?

You are technically full term at 37 weeks, that means if baby was born then their chances are very good and there is little concern for issues. A normal pregnancy will result in labor at 39-42 weeks. Lungs are one of the last things to develop so you want them to stay in as long as possible to reduce chances of things like asthma.

Definitely 37 weeks as my daughter was born at 37 weeks they told me it was now classed as term and I could take her straight home x
