4 months ago i had a tubal reversal. found out i only had one tube and its short.. i was ttc since then but no blessings came because i didnt realize i wasn't doing it during my fertile window. but i tried in February im 13 days late now all of a sudden im spotting can someone please tell me rather im going to get a surprise from aunt flow or this is a sign that im pregnant. we have been going at it close to my fertile window.. i know because of my tubes it prob gone take some time i pray to the mosthigh that this is it.. took a test came up negative can some one tell me what's going on
