First pregnancy and constantly worrying ?

Anyone else constantly worrying ? Can't shake the feeling that I'm going to end up miscarrying or go for my scan at 12 weeks and see no heartbeat ! Just knowing that I won't see or hear my baby for another 6 weeks is stressing me out ! 😕

I am the same way. Had my first scan last week and it was such a relief. Just remember a healthy pregnancy is much more common than anything bad that could happen. Just think of the positive and keep the negative thoughts out as best You can. There is no use in worrying over something out of your control so unless you have a reason to worry, try not too :)

Yes. I'm a wreck always. I am so pessimistic about everything and just feel like this is some kind of fluke and something is bound to happen. My sister in law is pregnant also which makes it worse because we compare symptoms. They tried for much much longer to get pregnant when I did which makes me feel like I don't even deserve this? I can just totally relate to you. My husband is Suzie fuckin Sunshine. At least one of us is haha

I am constantly worried for my baby as i am 11 weeks pregnant I haven't heard my baby's heartbeat yet else doc said everything is fine 
But my sonogram appointment is on August but m worried i cnt listen to my baby's heartbeat for more than a month still

Stressing out about it is not good for the baby. Try to stay calm as difficult as that is. I know what it's like...I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby.

I constantly worried when I was pregnant and unfortunately at 13 weeks I lost the baby so please don't worry it only makes it worse
