Phantom pregnancies

For those of you that have had or know someone that has had a phantom pregnancy, how did you not know? Were you still getting periods? Did your tummy not grow? Was this a first, second, third, etc pregnancy? Did you ever feel the baby move and justify it as something else?

I'm really confused, but curious! I would love to hear your stories!
