Going crazy!

Okay so here is what has been going on. I went into the hospital after not having a period for 121 days. I was in a Lot of pain. My right overy was 10 times the volume of my left. So like a penny compared to a quarter! Is how the the doctor explained it. They talked about removing it. Fear of it bursting. I went and saw an OB specialist who decided surgery wasn't necessary! Thank the Lord. She said I had a strong ovulation cause it to swell do to my PCOS. She prescribe me birth control for six months. However I'm having pregnancy symptoms.?! My test Thursday which was a urine test at the hospital was negative. However I spelt like 16 hours yesterday and some minor cramping. I think I see a faint line on my test from yesterday. Is this even possible?! Or should I just take the birth control?! I'm freaking out. And my OB won't speak to me over then phone.
