It’s completely normal. If your doctor was rushing to see you before then, it would be a sign that he/she suspected something might be wrong. The waiting game is fun, but it’ll go by quicker than you think!

I had a miscarriage in October and got pregnant again in November - still waited until my 8-week appointment - it’s a good thing :)
