Are these true positive opks? If so why do I have 3 days of positive?

I'm in the same boat,my period is 9 days away  and today's 5dpo,I woke up with cramps and  a stomach ache and a POSITIVE opk, I had one yesterday too but it was lighter,and I'm sure there was a negative at some point any advice? ?

It looks like the first two are but maybe not the last one it's a little bit Lighter... You can have three or four in a row it's not that uncommon happens to me quite often because my body tries to release the egg but stalls and then tries again
