problems with my feet...

I've been suffering with pain in my feet for a couple of years now it's mainly in my heel and along the bottom of my foot my doctor has diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis but now I get pains in my ankle on one foot and the top of my foot on the other foot and for the past week I keep getting a wierd feeling in my big toe on my worst foot it feels like I'm being stabbed with a pin it comes and goes but seems to be happening more and more as the weeks gone on. any ideas? so fed up with being In pain I'm 24 and seem to have a list as long as my arm of health problems x
