Pain during sex.

I don’t know much about my pcos, I don’t know how bad it is or anything, I’ve literally just been diagnosed with it and that’s about it🤷🏼‍♀️ Obviously I know it’s cysts on my ovaries. But the last few months I’ve been getting real bad pains during sex, like it’s completely put me off having sex and I don’t want to have it because I’m scared it’s going to hurt so I braved it and tonight has literally been the worst it’s ever been, literally felt like the worst period pain you could ever imagine! Sex never hurt before I found out I had pcos. So I don’t know why it hurts now?? Is there anyway I can stop the pain? Or will it just hurt forever?😭
