Bedshare to Crib Sleep training

What tactics did you use to get your little ones to sleep in the crib? I exclusively nurse which is why she slept with me at night but I can't take it anymore! My side is all sore because I'm constantly her pacifier at night. Anyway, and tips and advice is greatly appreciated!
