Pregnancy symptoms at 4 dpo?

Me and my hubby are ttc for 4 months now. I'm currently 4 dpo and feel mild cramping on my left ovary, my nipples are pretty sensitive and I woke up with a little nausea. I smelled milk this morning and I wanted to throw up 🤢

Is it possible to get pregnancy symptoms so early??
