I've been searching and can't find any posts about Vbacs on here. Has anyone had a successful vbac? Feel free to share your birth story. 😊

I've had 2 successful all natural VBACs. 9 pounds, 7 ounces and 8 pounds, 15 ounces. Best feeling ever!! Hoping for my 3rd in 3 months. Good luck!

Which was so gross, and couldn't walk for a couple days. With my natural deliveries I was in the shower within an hour, eating chipotle, and just felt so much better!

Natural hands down!! The pain during the actual delivery was more of course because during the csection there is no pain at all. But the recovery was so much better. With my csection (which was after full labor and pushing for 2 hours), I was in the hospital for 4 nights, are nothing but beef broth

What did u guys prefer csection or natural ? I know the answer but why? How was the pain compared to a csection?

I'm hoping to have one in December! My car toon with my was due to his heart rate fluctuating too low.. I agree though, I HATED my c-section. I have really bad anxiety and had never had surgery before add that to being awake enough to feel the pressure of them cutting and reaching in I went into a panic attack and had to be fully sedated I could hear my son cry after he was out but I couldn't open my eyes no matter how hard I tried.. It broke my heart all the wait and he was finally here and I couldn't see or hold him :(

I'm hopefully gonna have one soon. My son was breach that's why I had a csection. My doctor said since it was nothing to with me giving birth it shouldn't be a issue. Also it's been 4 years. He said if u have a room of 200 woman giving birth only 1 outta 200 would have complications. I'm still very nervous tho. But I hated have a csection that was awful.

I had an emergency c section 6 years ago due to preeclampsia. After doing my research I came to the conclusion that my following pregnancy would be my vbac baby. Recently June 4th at 41+1 I went in for a nst and then the doctor decided to check my fluids. Due to my fluids being so low I was induced. At that moment my heart sank and thoughts I was going to fail. I asked for a folley bulb and they started me with a low dose of petocin. After 5 hrs of strong contractions I opted for the epidural because I knew I wasn't going to have the energy to push I was only at 5 cm. After 4 hrs after that I started feeling pain on one side which was because the epidural wore off on my right side. I thought my uterus was rupturing but I did not panic. The dr came in to check me and I was at an 8. The anesteologist fixed the epidural situation because I could feel the contractions. In the process I caught a fever of 102. 2 hrs later it was time to push I could feel the pressure. After 9 pushes my baby boy arrived healthy. All I could say is I did it. A piece of advice I have is believe and stay focused. Also to have an open mind that anything can happen .
