In need of immediate relief

Hey ladies! I am exactly 2 months pregnant and suffering from severe constipation! I'm considered high risk due to 2 past miscarriages and a ruptured ectopic! My dr is reluctant to give me anything medicine wise until I have exhausted all other options and he does not want me straining! So do ya'll have any home remedies that work fast??
