I started having period like cramps on Friday that turned into horrible pain in my hips and lower back. I was admitted to labor and delivery and was having some small contractions. I was told I have an irritable uterus as well. They gave me a shot to stop the contractions and in about an hour my hip pain was gone. They did an FFN test and it was negative so I know labor won't be happening in the next two weeks which is a big relief as im 28 weeks. My problem now is that the hip back pain is back and won't go away. I've been in bed all day. I've tried Tylenol and a shower but nothing helps. The nurse said my contractions could come back and that I might need to be on bedrest but I'm praying that's not the case as my work is awful about it. Anyone else experience something like this and what did they do?
