Normal?

My daughter is in the 28th percentile at 2 months for weight because she was still only eating at 2 oz every 2 hours. She’s now 3 months and still only eating the same amount, we’ll randomly get a 3 oz bottle in if she wants it and sometimes like a “snack”. A snack is like a 1 oz after one hour past a 2 oz bottle. We have her on reflux meds and changed her nipple speed idk what else to do. Even if she 3 hours she won’t eat more. Her ped gave her the reflux meds to see if it’d help and it didn’t much maybes little. She only gets about 18 to 23 oz everyday.
