I gradually cut down on caffeine. Before we started TTC I was at 3-4 cups a day. While we were TTC for the first few months at 1-2 cups a day. The couple months before we conceived, I limited it to 0-1 cup a day. It may have helped, I’m not sure! I’m just glad I’m not a heavy coffee drinker anymore.

My OB/GYN advised me to cut my caffene intake to 1 cup per day, and 1 glass of red wine no more than 2 time a week. I've cut my alcohol intake to my AF week only, and I'm still working on my caffene. I'm down to 1 cup coffee and 1 cup tea.. better than where I was! Good luck. Caffene withdwawl is awful.

I think it can if you’re over doing it but I wouldn’t say you have to completely stop drinking it if you’re ttc. Maybe just cut to a cup or two a day.
