Test or keep waiting

My last cycle I was 3 days late which is unusual for me, I’m normally on the dot every month. This cycle I’m a few days late again. My SO and I are not preventing ttc but we are also trying. We had sex 2 days prior to ovulation but I don’t feel any symptoms of being pregnant or having my period other than some light cramping. My question is why is my cycle changing all of a sudden and should I take a test or keep waiting?
