Birth control!

So last month we had a miscarriage and well I’ve been getting trough it and well it’s been really hard and the truth is I’m not ready to try again I’m not saying I’m done just that I’m not ready!!

So my question is sense that time I still have not got my period but i have my birth control i was using the Nuva ring! So should I go back on it or should I wait for my period??
