we do every other day until my fertile week and then it's every day then we skip a day and go from there again. they recommend every other being best, but if your SO sperm count is good you'd be perfectly fine doing every day.

unless you know you’re man is low on sleek count bc he visted a dr. then everyday is fine. 
but every other day is fine too since sperm can live up to 5 days.

1. Every other day; gives the guy time to replenish the goods
2. Everyday that gives you the “freshest” goods...
