whats going on with me...

Last period was February 9th, I usually have a normal 29 day cycle. Well I spotted light pink and some dark dark brown/red on February 25th on and off for about 2 and a half days, no cramps. I haven't bled since and I took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and it was a BFN😥 advice please....
