Mid-cycle Bleeding. DON'T JUDGE

Hi y'all, where do i start. I had my period from the 4th to the 9th and then i stopped bleeding like i usually do . & on the 13th , I started to spot and bleed again. It was first a brownish colour now it's bright red . This has never happened and I've never had a problem with my periods (except when I was on BC) Does anyone know what this could be ? or have any experience of this happening to them
