Wednesday the 14th (9 days past my last period, and i do have somewhat irregular periods ) I was at the gym working out and went into the sauna when i had a sudden sharp cramp that i had to get out and use the restroom, I wiped and this is what came out, according to glow the 14th was my ovulation day and ive had light pink spotting since that day. Monday i was feeling like i was coming down with the flu, my body felt weak and i was having stomach pains, Tuesday I felt extremely bloated and pretty tired. I just have no idea what my body is doing and what the random cramp and blood clot means, help !! 😩
