So so miserable
I am beside myself with pain between hemorrhoids and heartburn. Been doing sitz baths, witch hazel, coconut oil, preparation H, and Tums and Apple Cider Vinegar for the heartburn. I can't seem to get either under control and it's almost making me panic! Help!
