Is there something wrong with me :'(

Af is 3 days late witch is abnormal, and all the tests I took are BFN... I have some symptoms of pregnancy but I feel like there might be something wrong with me... should I go to the Dr's and get a blood test or something? I've had miscarriages before.. should I be worried? Someone please help.
